Man 4: The Finalé is a $52Million Hong Kong
biographical martial arts film from Mandarin
Pictures, directed by Wilson Yip and produced by
Raymond Wong. The film began production in China
in April 2018, in Guangdong's Foshan City.
Throughout July 2018 a second unit filmed in
England with Bullet Films on locations across
Liverpool and Preston, Nathan Head worked on the
scenes shot at Crosby Beach in Blundellsands on
a vintage 1960's bus, where he had a small role
as one of the passengers travelling with Donnie
Yen & Vanda Margraf's characters. To coincide
with the release of the first official
trailer at The Hong Kong International Film and
TV Market in Wan Chai, the producers set up a
special interactive booth at the FilmArt trade
exhibition on March 18th 2019, the "Ip
Pavillion" allowed people to walk around a
recreation of a scene from the movie. Ip Man 4
premiered on December 20th 2019, followed by a
limited Global cinema release on Christmas Day,
and will be released on DVD and BluRay in North
America on April 21st 2020 with Well Go USA. |
